The New Waja 1.8L engine delivers performance where it matters. The new inline-4 DOHC 16 Valve powerplant comes with cutting edge features - Drive-By-Wire Throttle Control for crisp, instantaneous response to varied driving conditions and Variable Valve Timing (VVT) for broad power and torque delivery.

Maximum power is 88kW with response enhanced by the variable inlet valve that is activated by hard acceleration. Maximum torque is 165Nm available from 2000rpm to 4500rpm.
